Damaged, missing or wrong item?
Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel: one continuous clip showing the sealed package, the shipping label and every item inside. For damaged, missing or mismatched products, we need this video to approve a return, replacement or refund. It protects both you and us from fraudulent claims.
